0A03 is a fully automatic cutting and capping device for optical lenses that can be flexibly applied, suitable for various optical lenses (including but not limited to double rubber ports). This equipment is a post-processing device that is connected to the plastic lens injection molding mechanical hand through a machine docking device for removal. At the same time, it flexibly corresponds to the adjustable height of the mechanical hand. After automatically receiving the material, the shearing knife cuts the gate of the lens, and arranges the lens in sequence on the independent corresponding coating tray according to the mold cavity, and then transfers it to the upper cover part for covering and storage treatment. The coated tray is carried on a tray for easy removal during operation or to be sent to the next process. It features automatic feeding, automatic shearing and tray arrangement, automatic tray changing, automatic covering, and automatic storage. Later, it can interact with robots to achieve a fully automatic process of receiving coated trays and loading materials. The original length of the shearing machine was 1700mm.
